There are homoeopathic remedies like gelsemium, plumbum met etc. for parkinson's disease. But to go further you have to answer the questions asked earlier.
Baba Ramdev provides the ayurvedic remedy for Parkinson Disease. You may get the required information on the divyayoga website.

Could you please tell whether the attack of parkinsonism was triggered by any physical accident, injury or any mental shock.

kadwa last decade
Out of the three, I can say that he was in a vehiclular accident and I can also remember one occasion where some one really upset him, which was not like him, I had to calm him down. All just before we started seeing signs of the parkinsonism.

The patient should take the following medicines for 1 month.

Staphysagria 30C
Causticum 30C

The patient should take one dose of the above remedies each in the morning and another dose of each of the remedies in the evening.
The morning and the evening doses for both the remedies may be taken at the same time.(i.e. there may not be any time gap between dose of Staphysagria 30C and Causticum 30C in morning and evening).
The patient should not eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after taking medicine. ie. If the remedy Staphysagria 30C is taken at 7.30 am and Causticum 30C is taken at 7.45 am, the patient should not eat or drink anything from 7 am to 8.15 am.
The patient should not eat raw garlic or raw onion during the treatment period. Similarly he should not take coffee. If he goes for any other homoeopathic medicine within 1 month he should report to his advisor about the remedies that he is currently taking ie Staphysagria and Causticum. It is assumed that he is currently not on any other homoeopathic medicine.

The following ayurvedic food supplements are of great help to a person suffering from parkinsonism, anorexia and prostration -

Trayodashang Guggulu (tablets) for tremors of hand
Chandraprabha Vati (tablets) for general debility and the weakness of genito urinary organs
Shilajeet Vati (tablets) for general debility and the weakness of genito urinary organs

But I don't know how you can get them in West Indies.
If you can't get these food supplements you may forget about them.

Similarly he should practise deep breathing and yogic exercices. This he may learn from a book or from some free internet resource.

The patient should continue with the allopathic medication and may reduce the doses in future in consultation with his medical advisor.

You may seek any clarification or report patient's response to the treatment.

Thank you for all you help I just placed a order for both recommended treatments and I will report how he is doing after the course. I live in the US so it's easy for me to get them, do you also recommend any special diet I know you said no raw onions or garlic, thanks again and no he is not on any Homeopathic medicine. A friend recommended me to try getting homeopathic help, and I new it was a good thing to do.

The pt should take ayurvedic food supplements immediately after morning breakfast and dinner. He should take one tablet each of all the ayurvedic supplements both the times. So in a day he will be taking 6 tablets of ayurvedic supplements. He may continue with his regular diet.
It is better to take ayurvedic supplements with milk or honey as follows-

Either crush 3 tablets, add honey and lick the mixture
Or Take the 3 tablets (one by one. better if crushed by tooth before swallowing. Keep in mind they are bitter in taste) and take milk to push them down.
Don't take water for 30 mintues after taking the supplements. Water may be taken before taking the supplements.

You can report patient's response at any stage.
