Dr. Tahira,
Thank you. I did have a couple hours of muscle pulling and tightness in my head today. Thought I was almost to the 'brain-fog' muscle-twisting state, but didn't go there - thank goodness! Eyes only teared for about 2 hours this AM and then stopped. I took Spig. later in the afternoon. No pain, but feel muscles tightening in jaw, mostly the right one. I'm assuming Spig. is not as deep a remedy as Caust. since you said it was OK to take for the nerve pain. I will only take when needed. Was able to eat OK last night, but had a little problem as before today, but not quite as bad. I will wait for the evaluation you need to do. Just let me know. Thank you again for all your help!
