Hypothyroid is it this causing???I have recently been diagnosed Hypothyroid and started 25 mg of Synthroid 4 days ago...What promped me to go to the doc is 2 weeks ago out of nowhere I was on the couch with hubby one evening out of nowhere I became very weak started to tremble and felt like i could pass out...it passed...but I keep feeling this way 1or 2 times a day when Im doing nothing out of the ordinary...I went for a complete physical and blood work It came back with no other problems but Hypothyroid! My red /white cells perfect my amenia panel perfect my hormone panel perfect my cbc perfect blood pressure is 100/80 glucose test perfect...I had IBS for 2 weeks at the beginning of the month...When symptoms happen I feel inside like I have had 10 cupsof coffee(whichi dont drink) and cool chill on my back legs and arms weak and feel kinda foggy..Is this Thyroid symptoms...In the morning I have a little bluury vision but I have 20/20 vision and my eyes are a bit bloodshot...all this started 2 weeks ago..I need help Im very nervous and it comes out of nowhere..also sometimes have excess or what I feel like is extra saliva but in the night i wake with dry mouth and sometimes feel the Falling of the cliff feeling when Im sleeping Doc says it you Thyroid can this be???/

25 mg is an extremely small dose. Maybe the smallest you can be on.
1) are you eating enough salt...could just be low blood pressure?
2) family history of thyroid problems?
3) menses--normal...give details of this.
4) height. wt., age would be helpful.
5) with cool chill accompanied by fidgety and nervousness on inside with kinda foggy--history of panic attacks??
