hello,
i am new in the forum i have bp & cholesterol problem my up reading always in range 130 to 140 & lower 85 to 95 on the other hand ldl is also touching red line one of my friend's father advise me to use critigus (mt) 5 drops early morning with half glass of water and lycopodium 6 five bols 3 times a day i need advise from the forum taht i can use this med or any other med from forum

Only Craetagus-Q 10 drops empty stomach and 10 at night are sufficient but it needs continue use for long time. No other remedy. Also avoid rich diet. please prefer to use Dalia of Jao (barlay)

Thanks for quick reply about Dalia of Jao (barlay) which time i have to take and i do not understand about rich diet please make it easier and if possible also add the list of food which is good for this problem

One thing more Pure Honey on dessertspoon at morning.

you can mix honey in dalia. But I do not know about oat.

what is oats?

Common name: Wild oats

We also use Avena Stiva (homoeopathic remedy) in these problems

1 table spoon of crushed oats cooked with 1 cup of milk is a good diet( as it includes fiber)and is also Sunnah.

I am using Craetagus-Q as you advised me on Feb 27, 08.
I done my Blood Test on 10/03/08 and according to result my Cholesterol level is 5.62 which was 6.09 on 5/12/07 and LDL is now 3.96 and 4.26 was on 5/12/08, HDL is now 1.07 and 1.77 was on 5/12/08. Advised me what I do now shell I continue the same med or you will do some changing as per the result (I am very stick in diet)
The Glucose reading is 5.1 and it was 4.8 on 5/12/07 I want to know that is this a sign of Diabetic if yes then advise me what I do.

Cholesterol is NOT the problem. Diet has no effect on cholesterol level. Cholesterol are good for the body. Those that lives the longest and are healthiest usually have high cholesterol. After 55 , for both men and women, there is no correlation between heart diseases and cholesterol.

Craetagus Q is great for the heart and should be consumed over the long term.

Honey and frustose will also elevate the production of VLDL which is the pre-cursor of LDL .
