How to be free from exam fear and anxiety?

Soon I have to take an exam and I am already stressed out even to think about it!
Can homeopathy help me? I almost have panic attack even imagining myself at this situation. Thank you, Soel

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
As we do not know what type of person you are, it is impossible to pick a homeopathic remedy.

But, the Bach Rescue Remedy, one of the Bach flower remedies, a half dropper taken 3 times a day will sooth your stress to a great extent.

Remember, if you can direct the stress, it actually can be helpful to keep you sharp for the exam. Sabra

Thank you, Sabra. My exam is a Body work presentation. My hands should be not trembling and sweating, I should look confident and so on.
What my personal information should be presented in order to determine the right remedy?

You can fake the look of confidence. One has trouble with sweat though.

Remember, no one can tell if you are upset (or shy) unless you let them know it. Don't look around, look only at the person you are working on.

I told a woman once that was afraid to face someone at a gathering she wished to attend to fake it, and act natural even tho she trembled with fears. It worked and she had a good time. He was the
one that was tense and embarrassed.

You are not alone and your teachers know all students are nervous.

Have you tried the Bach RR? It is cheap. I will try to come up with something, but homeopathy is not really great for temporary things like "nerves." Sabra

Argentum Nit is a great remedy for stress before an event (any event) - but Argentum Nit also has to match the person for it to work - the Argentum Nit people are generally very hurried, restless, they move quickly (physically), feel nothing moves fast enough..

sorry for the delay...

over here and as first year student, i am careful with what i do, and have generally found this works:

one time only 5C (three granules when you have the symptoms (always better to check out beforehand), if it works a one time shot with 30c should do it. IF AND ONLY IF THE SAME SYMPTOMS recurr, then repeat 30c as needed (could be anything from a few hours in peak time to a few weeks)!

Anacardium Orientale works wonder for the fear of Exam rubric.

Silica works good for the losing steam in doing serious work, or rather losing stamina when it is most needed.
