Cholesterol deposit on the eyes

I have a cholesterol deposit on my both eyes and they have white/yellow colors. I went to see the doctor and he suggested the laser co2 or the surgery to remove them.some other people said that is related to my liver and other said it is the cholesterol level.
I did a blood work and my cholesterol seems good but I had a high blood sugar and I am watching it right now by changing my eating habit
it has been two years I have them and they are really bothering me. my friend suggest to use the Jojoba oil. I really don't know what to do?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Staphysagria 30 is the main medicine to treat this condition.

But if you have overall high cholesterol, take care of it first.

I had one and am now going on several on each eye. The first one is so large it's taking up 1/3 of my eyelid. So my question is: are these reversible or are these remedies for preventing new ones from coming up? Also, which of the two remedies is the correct one - Dr. Tahira's or girilal's? I too, have normal cholesterol levels but these have been growing on for years. Now I'm looking like a person with disgusting growths. Please help because in my city only surgery is the option and I'm told I can only undergo that twice in my lifetime so if they grow back I'll be in trouble. Not to mention the pain and recovery that will entail since I'm dealing with 6 spots so far. Thanks for your help.
