help needed to lose weight through Nat phos by Joe De Livera

Hi Joe…

Hope you are doing fine. I am highly impressed with your homeopathy search and especially about Nat phos.

Now here is what I want to ask you…
I have delivered a baby 7 months ago and I am dying to reduce my postnatal weight so can I go ahead and start taking Nat phos?

Does it also mean that I can eat as much as I want and eat Nat phos or I have to control my diet as well?

Do I need to exercise with Nat phos because right now I don’t exercise since it is difficult with a small baby?

Also, can I take 4 tabs thrice daily for fast weight reduction?

Will it affect my breastfeeding?

Can I take Nat phos every time I eat something?

Can it be taken in pregnancy as well?

Is the weight reduction assured through Nat Phos?

That’s the list of my questions and would love to see a response from you. Also, I don’t know where do I need to look for my answer so if you could guide me for that it would be a real big help.

Thanks in anticipation.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Now a days joe is not available at forum. However i would like to give the replies of your questions if you do not mind: Ist of all you should study the Nat.Phos as defined by schller:

NATRUM PHOSPHORICUM

This salt is found in the cells of the blood, muscles nerves, brain and intercellular fluids. A departure from the normal in it is characterized generally by 'sourness,' an excess of lactic acid; sour eructations, or vomiting, or diarrhœa in infants or adults; acidity; uric acid conditions, rheumatism of the joints, gout. Discharges from the eyes, or sores, are yellow and creamy; tongue yellow; throat and tonsils are covered with yellow, creamy coating. Dyspepsia, sour or acid. Perspiration smells sour. An anti-acid.

This salt has proved to be curative in indigestion, acid stomach, flatulence, sour risings, nausea, vomiting, worms, loss of appetite, diarrhœa, headache, heart-burn, intermittent fever, morning sickness, scabs yellow, sores etc., when the general conditions noted-above are present

Does it also mean that I can eat as much as I want and eat Nat phos or I have to control my diet as well?

it acts upon digestive system if it is not functioning well. Yes you should not eat too much.

Do I need to exercise with Nat phos because right now I don’t exercise since it is difficult with a small baby?

Usual exerices and routine jobs does not effect bady.

Also, can I take 4 tabs thrice daily for fast weight reduction?

No it does not acts as you think. There are so many mails here on the board which negates its effectiveness so promptly.

Will it affect my breastfeeding? No

Can I take Nat phos every time I eat something? No

Can it be taken in pregnancy as well? As the case may be

Is the weight reduction assured through Nat Phos? No in all cases but some cases.

Many thanks for the reply... however I am confused now as all the posts said that NAT PHOS is a sure shot medicine for weight reduction. Please clarify

Also, what should be the ideal usage if I am using it only for weight reduction,

If you studied the above note of Nat. Phos your mind should be cleared.Where there is tendancy of fatness in he body due to digestive system then it is useful. However since this is a salt and in this potency it will never give you any trouble. You may use it thrice a day for a month with the control of unnecessary diet.

Dear Mehfooz,

I was born fat and was always fat until i decided to really work hard and join a slimming center. I lost about 20 kgs in 1 year through a slimming center however I put on about 13 kgs back during my pregnancy.

I am giving you my case history sicne I dont know if there's a tendency of fatness in the body due to digestive system... can you please tell me that will Nat Phos help in such a case.
