crack on the edge of teeth

Recently (Two months) I have noticed that there is a crack like formation (as if bifurcated)on the edge of my lower teeth(only two teeth).It seems that the height of these two are decreasing gradually.

I am also suffering from stomach disorder for which I am taking (1)Antimcrud 30 and
Natrum Phos 6x

Symptom:
Hunger & thirst normal,
feel better in cold than in hot, take normal food veg & non-veg but feel acidity in swweet items when taken in empty stomach,regularly drink
water in the middle of sleep
, regularly brushing with 'Floransh tooth paste' for last 20 years but not now
(three months)
Any other symptoms if you can ask I will reply..
Please help........

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Is it a wearing away kind of crack. Explain bifurcated from your point of view.

Many times these lower front teeth get decay either at the top edge or right at the gums.

What is floransh? Floride? Talk more about mouth, sinus etc.

Are you saying your stomach does not feel comfortable? Do you have burning? Sabra
