Azoospermia & hypothyroid

Hi,

I am 35 yrs and married for 2 yrs now.

I have been taking thyroid supplement for last 2 yrs for treating hypothyroidism. The TSH levels were found to be too high and Anti-TPO was also abnormally high. My endocrinologist adviced that high Anti-TPO was probably the reason for my thyroid deficiency, but could not tell me why that was high.

Last year, I was diagnosed for Azoospermia. The testosterone level is also on the lower side though I have normal facial and body hair growth. The FSH and LH are twice the normal levels.

I was told by many allopathic experts that there is NO cure for azoospermia and that I cannot father a child.

Kindly find my medical reports below and suggest if there is any chance of restoring fertility.

Material: Bilateral testicular Biopsy
Gross Appearance: Specimen (1) Right single grey brown bit of tissue.
(2) Left - 2 Grey brown bits of tissue.

Microscopic observations: Sections from the right and left testis shows tubules with arrested spermatogenesis. The tubules show Sertoli cells and primary spermatogonia which are actively dividing. No further maturation is observed. Insterstitium is unremarkable.

Diagnosis: SPERMATOCYTIC ARREST - BOTH SIDES.
