Stress caused illnesses - Dr Faisal, Rishimba pl help

I seem to have had over the past years illnesses compounded/caused by stress. Alternating between IBS, and tension head aches/shoulder/neck muscle/jaw pains - TMJ. Am a 41 year old woman, fair and medium height, work part time.

Am not able to relax. Always worried about things going wrong with my kids, husband etc, even when things are going right. Started 7 years ago when my baby son was asthmatic and was always following sick and I was worried constantly. Had a lot of issues with my inlaws too with no support from my husband.

A homeopathy treated me for over a year till now with no effect. Am desperate. Want to relax as I feel it will solve most of my health problems. Stress causes problems and then being sick and unable to cope increases health problems.
Try meditation etc but am just not able to switch off. Am the brooding type..rather sensitive and keep reliving old incidents when I was hurt etc,and am very concerned by what people think.

Please help. Do not want to continue like this.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi Where do you live ? I can give you the address of a doctor who has been treating me for this similar problem and believe me I have felt my best in the past 1.5 yrs of suffering. I also started with it like you, have a baby boy who got asthma at 14 months of age. He has been treating me with constitutional medicine and I have been taking the medicines for past 7 months and i'm 95% better now. It's not only stress, it also involves anxiety which causes all those unexplainable symptoms. This will go on and on and disturb your life so much that you never feel like yourself again. One suggestion I want to give you is to know your stress symptoms and start dealing with it. Don't get scared when you get them. If you can exercise, pls do that too. I have not been able to exercise due to some reason but hope to start it one day. Hope this info helps you.

Thanks for follow up Dr Faisal. The mail order company sent me Nux Mosch. So am waiting for Nux Vom. How much and how long to take it? Have ordered both 200 and 30.
So while am waiting have just stayed medicine free as far as possible.

Same symptoms continue. Had neck muscle tightening/ lower back of the head ache for a week. Then a walk in the sun on a hot day started my old itch without any break out again - that is my current sympton, neck better now.

I really hope you can help!

Dear Dr Faisal,

Now that my itching has started again...the doctor said it was seborrheic dermatitis- have itch chest, scalp, around nose, mouth and eyelids but no breakout- do I still take Nux V or anything else?

What do I take? I believe that all my illnesses are due to subconscious bottling of stress. Even if suffacially I push the negative thoughts/worries aside, they stay deep inside and show up as some illness or other.
Please help.
