amoebiasis + impotence & low sperm count

I've been suffering from Amoebiasis for last 15 years. However beacuse of medication (Aloes, Ipecac & Merc . Sol) it is now very much under control. The main problem that this wretched disease has brought about is erectile dysfunction & very low sperm count. I live in In India & now my parents are persistant on my marriage. Please help me find remedy for this acute problem - Impotence & infertility.
