Post kidney stone operation cure

Hi i got operated for kidney stone by lithostripsy.
One part 5x7mm stucked at uv junction. That part was removed by endoscopic methode.
Now i am having pain at the same spot worse than when there was stone. The pain use to stop due to Berberis Vulgeris.
But now it is not controled .
I feel that berberis is not having originality. How to detect the berbaris given by pharma co. is ok or not?
How to treet myself?
When we go to doctor they do not tell us the treetment or wich medicine they r giving to us in indian homeopathy practice. That is the reason i cannot trust homeopathy doctors in india.
Please help me.

faisal qureshi sir,
thanks for your guidance.
But can u explain the reason ?
I forgotten to tell u that i did operation 1 year or so back.
In sonography didn't find out stone in any part of urine system.
by the way let me clear that the homeopathy store is far away from my home so it is better if u will priscribe 1 months dose so that i may buy it once in a month.
