Tendonitis in right wrist

My wife is suffering from Tendonitis since past 4years. we have tried several remedies recommended by orthopaedic surgeon but only a little helped and hence, have turned to homeopathy.

She is just taking pain killers Neproxin and it's not working, what do we do. The pain is very bad.

She is 29 Years old.
