help please

hi,

i delivered a baby 4 months back...prior to conceiving i was pco positive and over weight...during pregnancy i lost weight...but now i am regaining it very fast right now i am 162lbs..and 5.5 in height...my menstrual cycle hav not started yet...i am on sepia and thuja 200c..thuja working good with my body hair problem...apart from tat i am taking sulphur and oleum jecoris asselli 200c once a week...please please suggest me homeopathy medicine which will help me to reduce my weight and would not affect my breast milk.....which is apparently very less...

sorry for reposting...i was not able to find my post....dr rishmba what remedies do you suggest i try to excercise atleast 30mins a day...am vegeterian...am moderate eater...please lemme know
