When you got the surgery done...did the doc. stitch the wound...or he kept on dressing the open wound for 21 days??

yes they did and the re-currence
is just above the stitched area and there are sinus formations at the places where the stitches end. There are a total of 3 sinus.
I also consulted my family homeopath and he suggests Acid Flor 300.

He is treating you for bed sores.
Pilonidal sinus is a more serious matter...coz the pus is travelling to the surface from 2 or 3 or 4 channels from with in the body.
Furthermore, the system's balance has to be restored so that further pus formation is stopped.

It has been 7 days now. There is slight discharge sometimes.
The sinus are still present and the redness has reduced a bit.
Pain is somewhat better but still quite significant.

Take a dose of Myristica 200 tomorrow morning. It will drain out some more pus.
After 3 days ...take three doses of Silicea 1M. This will dry up the area.
Watch results for a week and then post feed back.
