Medicines to travel

Does anyone knows if is it OK to pass homeopathic medicines through airports controls??; cause usually they have electromagnetic devices.
thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Call and ask before hand. Usually one can use a clear plastic purse with a doctor's letter saying that it is not "drugs"

One problem may be found that one can get in a country, but not "out" with the same things.

A friend just traveled to Russia and placed her remedies in small plastic bags so they would be flat instead of bottles and hung them in a cloth money carrier on her body. Another put her stuff in her makeup case.

Get information from the airport in writing so that when you arrive you have a letter with signature.

Don't worry. The brief exposure to x-rays etc.won't effect the homeopathic medicines.I always carry them whenever I travel, and there is no problem.

Now,regarding regulations, most of the airport staff are aware of homeo medicines, and there will not be any problem to pass through.

But,as Sabra says, better to check before hand,as regulations may vary from country to country.
