lachesis and speech

A person tried lachesis 200 single dose(not for speech)and found that he could speak with eloquence though he is not an elegant speaker and jumps from one subject to another and cannot express correctly, flow of words isnt good
As it is a remedy not to be repeated is there an alternate.
