Cervical and endocervical gland dysplasia, CIN 3

I have just been diagnosed with CIN 3 in the cervical and endocervical gland. My doctor wants to schedule a cone
biopsy operation before January 2004. What can I take to treat the dysplasia? What can I take to help me through the cone biopsy surgery?

I am also diagnosed with mild hyperthyroid/Grave's disease. For the thyroid, the doctor gave me Methimazole 10 mg per day. I'm afraid to take this Methimazole because of the many side effects. My immune system is already at risk having the Grave's disease autoimmune disorder. What else can I take for the hyperthyroid? I'm afraid of the cone biopsy surgery, but its a must so they can detect if its gone cancerous. Any ideas? Help!! Many thanks. vistausa1947
