Hi Sameer,

As I went to bed before your answer arrived I desided to guess your proposal AND
my shot was wrong as some times before ;(

This means that I already had taken the D200-dose in the evening and read your input
next morning.

The cough is almost gone, about still 10 % there. I regret my decision and tell you I´m wiser
now, will not guess any more. Sorry!

Will come back in some days with another report.

Hi,

My first day after the 200-dose was quite free from coughing. Next day I had two long attacs also with a lot of clear mucous. Today has been almost nothing, but there is still some irritation in the air pipes.

I had my last Lachesis LM12-dose Feb.1 and three days later I started with Hepar Sulf.

How do you recommend me to continue? I will wait and watch your answer.

I still have some trouble with my bronchus but very seldom a cough, just a tickling feeling.

Do you think I can start with Lachesis again, new potency LM13 now?

I have been fine and am mostly calm with some exception. I now have two very stressful weeks with lots of
'have to do' so I suppose the small stress symptoms are normal and not too bad.

What do you say?

Then maybe we should not leave Arsenicum so soon.

Let us try going to 200c Arsenicum, once you feel the last dose has worked through your system.

Okay, I got the Arsenicum 200c in my hand yesterday.

How do you recommend me to mix?

2 pellets 500ml 1 tsp??

I think you should wait for a few more days (let it be 2 weeks from the last Ars dose) and then take 2 pellets, 500 ml , 1 tsp.

It´s two weeks now since d200 and I tell you something is to be done;)

My mood is worse and I´m so tired. I think it´s time for Ars 200c.

The 200c gave aggravations like stress, rapid pulse with a feeling of anxiety, chest pain, unhappiness, irritability and tiredness.

How can I antidote the Ars?
And can I start with Lachesis LM13 to get calmer?

Waiting for your recommendation again.

Hi Sameer,

Sorry, no update after one week, but here I come ;)
Went a week to a warmer place to survive after a very cold and snowy winter.

Report from first week: still physically bad, but it changed slowly a little
to the better, yet chestpain, backpain and many burning, sensitive glands.

Second week: slight physical improvement regarding the above mentioned ailments,
very sensitive scalp, coldness, eyes inflammation, itchy, pain on opening the eyes,
vision foggy in the morning, watery discharge from a cold nose, glands below and in
front of ear aching, constricting wind-pipe,
calmness but also moments with anger, irritability and anxiety

had stomach problem/bubbling for 3-4 days,which finished with diarrhea and vomitting for one day, next two days still
a little nausea. Could be from an infection running in the family, but I don´t
know if that is the reason or if it is a healing process, since I had a very bad stomach
infection four years ago exactly in the same way as now but both worse and one
week longer. Today gastritis and tiredness.

Is it possible to make a conclusion from this? Hope YOU will be able!

Hi again,

I just got another cold with a bad soring throat especially on swallowing, lots of mucous and ulcers in corners of the mouth, pain in the eyes.

Can I take a Hepar Sulf-dose?

Furthermore the Arsenicum still makes me crazy with a worse mood and many physical troubles.

Hope your answer will be positive.

I had the H. Sulf 30c-dose 3 days ago. The sore throat improved and next step was a constant running nose which then started bothering me.

I desided to follow your earlier recommendation with a 5-hits dose. Then the cough started up and now I am in the same situation as some weeks ago. Maybe it will improve with another succussed dose tonight?? What do you say?

Even the sore throat has begun again.

I know your time is very limit nowadays and understand very well if you can´t answer. If you do not have the time to recommend how to do I have desided to take another succ. dose again.

Please describe the following for every physical symptom SINCE this acute episode started:

1)Location
2)Sensation
3) What makes it better/worse, times of day etc.
4) Accompanying symptoms in any other body part

Hi Sameer,

These are my answers:

first day a tremendous soring throat for 24 hours, now a mild sore throat off and on, burning feeling, starts as soon as I spend time outside,

airpipe soring, tightening

lots of dscharge from nose all days, light yellow

cough, hard and dry for 2 days, improved from today

feverish off and on, afternoon

right ear like having a stop in there with watery feeling

the back, from neck to bottom, painful probably due to a hard cough during 3 days

both wrists and upside feet achey

I am in slight better mood, not as irritated and mean as some days ago.

I have taken 1 Hepar Sulph 30C-dose and then 2 succ. doses, nothing since about 48 hours.

What do you recommend for next?

Please take a dose of Sulphur LM1 (I assume you have never taken it), 3 drops in 250 ml spring water, and take a teaspoon.


Report in 3 days.

This is my report for the last three days:

day 1: lots of discharge from nose, very tired

day 2: same from nose, headache, less tired, mental improvement

day 3: still lots of discharge from nose and also slight achey sinuses, a little relapse mentally, chilly, very cold hands and feet /bluish/

no cough, feet improved

Take another dose, with 8 hits to LM1 bottle before dose.

Hi,

After three days with the second Sulphur-dose the sinusitis is improving step by step and I also am less tired and a little happier.

Can I take next succ. dose tomorrow morning?
