need help for improving eye sight
hello i want to know is their any remedy which can help improve eyesight. my eye sight has been weakened gradually over the years and
after around 6 months it weakens slightly more. It hasnt stoped
weakening although i wear glasses. i am wearing glasses since almost 4.5 years and my age is 23
my current number is
Left eye:
SPH CYL AXIS
-0.75 -1.50 50
right eye:
SPH CYL AXIS
-0.75 -1.50 110

Myopia and large cyl suggests the shape changer miasm .
How tall are you , what weight , can you eat lots without putting on weight - need only few hours sleep?.

i m 5' 10 tall and my weight is 75 kg. yes i can eat lot without putting weight. infact my weight does not change no matter how much i eat. i seep a lot. i need 8 hrs sleep min to feel better but sometimes i can sleep less as well 4-5 hours.

could be , but do you suffer from dislike of bright light - any inflamation of eyes. Any depression?. tongue indented by teeth?.

no problem with bright light and no inflamation.
may be some depression due to little tensions in life.
