Difficulty in speech
I am 27 year male person.I am facing a peculiar problem -what I speak or answer I cannot imagine.My words /answers are not to the point.Suffice to say at the time of answering so many things are coming at my mind to answer.What I shall ask (Proper question)I donot know.My consentration level is too low though I do yoga daily.My learning/reasoning power has become low,poor.Kindly help/save me doctors.subhashis on 2008-04-26

The problem started before 1year ago.Yes,I have have difficulty in recalling the right word while talking.I suffer from lack of confidence,impatience.I feel irritated in many times.My reading speed has become too slow.I have a habit of masterbation.My weight is 56 kg,Height 5ft9int,B.P 110/70.I took stamonium 200.
