Seminal leakage, please help.

Hey everyone. I have been masturbating since last 7 years now.
i am 6 feet tall.
A bit fat.78kg
Brown black complexion.
Dark circles around eyes, there are also bags under them.
Well the thing is that now i have sticky glue type liquid coming out of my penis ALL THE TIME. I think its called 'spermatorrhoea' i want to get rid of it please. I am weaker than before and am not able to lift light stuff for long. My hands shake a lot. My eyesight is week up to -3. My penis has shrunk, testis are hanging down and the erection is not as it used to be. It has also turned towards left. I was told to take selenium and stafisigeria but they didn't give any satisfactory results. I used them for 3 months. Please recommend me something else that helps me out for ever. Thank you. please help me i beg you.

I am suffering from similar problem. Have got Premature ejeculation problem and my penis leaks whenever i think of something..
i cant remember things much ...forget very small to big things..
i m 29 years old..
have tried lycopodium but it did't work at all.
