male breast (gynecomastia)I am male
Age 26 years
85 kg weight (i.e 25 kg over weight)
Suffering from gynecomastia (i.e. i have developed male breast) and wanted to get rid of It. Is there any definite medicine to cure it. To my knowledge the only solution to this problem is surgery. I have developed lot of fat around my chest, butt and thighs.
If it is weight then, is there any medicine that help me reduce weight without any side effects. I tried lot of exercises both cardio, aerobics and weight trainings for months but failed to get any result.
My body muscles are too soft and unable to get them hard.
Moreover i am indulged in a lot of masturbation since i was 13 years old. At that time my penis size was 5.5inches but now it is only 3.5 inches. I am not getting wet dreams and the erection is very weak. Also my penis bent towards left side. The head of the penis is no more sensitive to touch. I usually require physical stimulation to get an erect penis. It looks like that my penis has no more life in it. I have tried to give up masturbation but failed, and with each passing day i feel that the size my penis is getting smaller.
I am enjoying sound sleep of about 8-9 hours.
I am having good diet (including high protein diet)
No smoking and alcohol
1-2 cups of coffee or tea
not too much carbonated drinks.
lots of fresh juices
there is no previous medical history

2 . I want to get harder erections and to regain my actual penis size.
3 . I want to get rid of my over weight.
Plz tell me medicine for each individually.
Also tell me the potency and the quantity in which it is to be taken.
