toothache

I have been having pain on the lower right area. But I just cannot tell which tooth is the problem. It feels a little better if I apply pressure on the gums below, and lay on the painful side (pressure from the bed). Also some pain in the right ear. The pain becomes very severe at night.

Sometimes pain is also felt in other parts of the mouth. Many teeth are decayed. Decay is mostly on bottom of teeth by gumline, and some on the sides. Thank you for suggestions.
