treating babies

My baby is 7 months old and has the start of a virral infection in his throat. He had a temperature fit 2 days ago, which resulted in him stopping breathing and convulsing. His temperature is normal again now but he is very weak and not identifying needing fluids( i am breastfeeding). I think it is his throat that is the problem. His lungs were checked at the hospital and they are clear but said his throat is red and slightly swollen. They gave me liquid paracetamol for his temperature and I have been giving him chamoillia to help with his teething. I've never used remedies before and feel a little overwhelmed in iddentifying all the symptoms and choosing the most suitable remedy. He gets very flushed cheeks and hot in the upper body, particularly the head and the back of the neck.

Thank for that information. I did start using belladonna yesterday and continued with it this morning. I am a little confused by the time scale you mentioned - do you mean do it for 3 days and then stop altogether and report back in 2 weeks or do you mean give it for 3 day period, then stop for a day and repeat the three days again over a 2 week period. Sorry, just not clear in what you were suggesting
