Maybe Lyc was but......
Here's what I suggest, you take Lyc 30c again, but put in a glass full of water, stirr it (if pills, disolve first) and throw it away, untill only a few drops remain, fill glass with water again, NOT with LYC in it. Fill and empty glass another six times, on the seventh take a mouth full, NO more. Wait for reaction. This is an LM (partial anyway) to try to get some relief. Use Aconite if you feel you can't take it no more, but ONLY as a last resort OK?
Best

At this point I am scared of lyc. I feel i have to take a break 1st. I am very concerned about how my heart reacted for a whole week after lyc. only found some relief after i took arseniucum.

I will consider it a little later. thanks for taking the time to look at my case.

OK, I respect your choice but fyi it is a method used to tone down adverse effects, without actually antidoting fully a remedy that may be helpfull. Because it may not work on you again. Anyway, have you been diagnosed with any heart problems? Some sensations are scary but usually not fatal.
Best wishes

For anxiety and panic attack four medicines are on the top.
1.Aconite.
2.Arsenic.
3.Argentum Nitricum.
4.Gelsemium.
Number 3,4 can be used as a prophylactic while other two at the spot.
