11-months old with drooping eyelid

my daughter,
11-months old, she was born with her left eye almost close. as time was passing by, she opened her eye, but it never became as big as the right one. There was always a slight difference, but fortunately nobody except me seemed to notice that difference.

2 weeks ago, she had fever 38-39, red eyes, swelling eyelids and respiratory problems for 7 days. took antibiotics(augmentin) for 5 days after. while she is quite good right now, her left eye seems to be much more smaller than the other one and now almost everybody can see the difference.

is there anything i can do to help her? i would appreciate any advice.

(i don't know if it is relevant, but for her first 6-7 months, she had her head twisted most of the time towards left so that her neck looked shorter at the left. (now it is ok))

thanks for the advices

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dear Asimina, although, you have not told your child's condition in detailed form, which you must narrate here for the clear diagnosis of the case, nevertheless, I would like to suggest you the remedy 'Senega 30' on alternate days at least for a month or the two.
Let us know just after the term ends.
