11-months old with drooping eyelid (blepharoptosis)

my daugher,
11-months old, she was born with her left eye almost close the most of the time. as time was passing by, she opened her eye, but it never became as big as the right one. There was always a slight difference but fortunately nobody except me seemed to notice that difference.

in this point i have to say that my brother (which is now 38 years old) was born also with blepharoptosis, but he was never cured. Until now there is a great difference between the 2 eyes.

2 weeks ago the baby had fever, red eyes, swelling eyelids and respiratory problems for 7 days. took antibiotics for 4 days after. while she iw quite goog right now, her left eye seems to be much more smaller than the other one and now everybody can see the difference.

is there any remedy that could help? i would appreciate any advice

(i don't know if it is relevant but for her first 6-7 months, she had her head twisted most of the time towards right so that her neck looked shorter at one side (now it is ok))

thanks for the advices
