yes there's a need to repeat calc. carb but before that we need to see the system settle from the acute episode.

If you can identify Alfalfa herb -- just a tea spoon of its juice in honey or any syrup is well proven to increase the appetite. Second thing is Avena Sativa Q and third is Wheat Grass Juice.

No, The tongue is neither sensitive nor painful. The child does not feel anything for the erruption on tongue .

I'd prefer to wait and see before giving any other remedy. Let me know the status after 5-7 days.
for now give the child, Kali mur 6x and calc. phos 6x(separately) thrice daily for some days.

Yesterday night again the child was attacked by fever with 102.5 deg F alongwith severe pain in whole body but without any cough. The child lies down on bed calmly. Other symptoms are
head ache both on front and back , vomiting tendency, head hot and sole cold, does not want to eat anything, very much weak.
Crocine tab given at night .
But temperatur again shoots up to 102 deg F in morning .
Considering the urgency of the patient, Rhus Tox 30 and Eupatorium Perf 30 are given one hour interval since morning . Now after 3 hours, the fever is 100.4 deg F and body ache reduced but headache exists.
Now , I want your comments on the above selected remedies and further suggestion for the treatment .
It seems that this is a case of viral attack as all the friends of the child are also suffering from virus attack .
Waitng for your suggestion please.

In continuation to earlier post,
AS the above remedies could not give relief even after four doses, the same are discontinued. Now as per your earlier suggestion, Belladona 30 in dry doses are restarted again from this evening . All the above symptoms of fever ,headache, body ache, weakness, vomiting etc still persists.
Initially after starting Cal Carb-6, there were some improvement in apetite which was intimated you in my post of 19 May. Now all previous improvement are lost.
Waiting for your further suggestions please.

Did somebody take the case in person and suggested the medicines for this viral?, if that was the case, it's better to continue their suggestion till this acute is off.
This fever looks like gelsemium one to me(check out chill and thirst aspects). In that case start with gelsemium 200 one dose every 4 hours for next 48 hours preferrably in wet dose. If you start this, stop belladonna and give a couple of hours before giving gelsemium.

Ok ranjan, if belladonna has improved the child, then continue it. Now don't start gelsemium. Give another 24 hours-- belladonna doses.

I'm not getting exact picture to zero-in on a remedy. You can try pulsatilla 30 4 doses daily for next 2 days. If fever+cough doesn't respond, it's better to take the help of conventional medicine for this acute episode. No need to worry about poor appetite during fever, its natural---once fever is not there we can repeat calc. carb.

As the fever and cough continues, the help of conventional medicine is taken . Now a days all the child in this area are suffering from viral fever. This particular child is very much susceptable to the viral attack . However, I will come to you as soon as this acute episode is reduced .

The acute episode is over in all respect. I think it is the proper time to restart further remedy for raising immunity levels to cope with colds/coughs and fever in near future as well as to increase the apetite level.
As desired by you Calc Carb 30 /200 and Calc phos 6x are procurred.

- The child seems to be OK at this moment. Occasional dry cough is there. The cough is rapid after getting up in the morning .
- whitish layer exsists on the tongue. The tiny red colored irruptions are considerably reduced.
It is again proved that viral fever with chronic cold & cough reoccured every two months . This time even after giving Calc carb.
It is a well established fact that the immunity level of the child is very low.
Kindly suggest further.

Ok we'll repeat calc. carb in higher potency but before that please administer the child Nux vomica 200c two doses on consecutive nights and report after a week.

No, these are not after Nux Vom. These are usually viral attack symptoms. Now the irritation inside throat and nose started with occasional sneezing .
This is the high time to start the remedy to arrest the attack .

Last two days the morning symptoms are not visible . But the apetite is very badly reduced.

It is not understood why the apetite of the child is reducing day by day. Now a days she does not want to eat or drink anything which is a very much concern to us .
