Hair loss after pregnancy

After normal delivery I didn't had any hair loss for the first 2 months. But now its 8th month and since 3rd month I've a lot of hair loss. I've busy life and get less sleep. I also get headache and backache at bed time in the night.

When ever I comb I get bunch of hair. Also, my fallen hair are always spread all over the house. Please help me.

My periods follow normal cycle. Initial days I get heavy bleeding and pain.
Lactation is normal except during periods. Few days before and during periods I get less milk. After couple of days of periods again it becomes normal. Also, my infant is mostly on the breast feed.
Nature: I get emotionally hurt soon if things are not as I want. I also get angry soon.
I can't tolerate much cold or hot weather.
I usually get nightmares and under pressure I can't perform and become feared.

Is Lycopodium same as Lycopodium Clavatum?

i've received lycopodium 30c instead of lycopodium 12c. how many drops of lycopodium 30c should i take as 3 drops for lycopodium 12c were recommended?

I'm taking LYCOPODIUM 30C every alternate day for last 10 days. But, there is no improvement so far. Instead today during hair shampoo I noticed worst hair fall so fall and the drainage was full with hair.
Please advice me if I should continue with LYCOPODIUM?

dont worry i have 3 kids and i lost 3/4 th of my hair .just as u said i was scared to comb and in aday my hair was in a mess.just oil your hair with a good olive based oil if ur in a cold country or plain unscented coconut oil.this will go away by itself dont go for medicines its a natural sign of weakness
