According to what I understood,your doubt seems to be that after you intercourse successfully and then when you withdraw your penis the semen leaks out from the vagina.If that is the problem you must keep a pillow under your wife's buttocks to raise her buttocks so that the semen might not leak out,she should lie on bed in this position for atleast 45 minutes.It can help her in becoming pregnant.Hope your question is answered.

To get your wife pregrant the following reports are need:
1) USG of Plevic of your wife
2) How is her mensuration circle?
3) Your semen report indicating spermatoza %?
If you please give the above information then it would be more convenient to give you sincere advise.

If the apprehension of Dr.GOPAKUMAR about semen leakage out from the vagina is correct and u desire early conception, post back ur reply for further advice. Better to go for ur SPERM COUNT test also and send report.
