Insomnia & headache

I am 36 year old. I am suffering for insomnia from last 6-7 yrs.Sleep is not deep and dreamy.brain appears to be active with thought.Insomnia and headace are associated with each other, one start first and then initiate second.Headache start with feeling voids in brain, at such time it becomes diffcult to concentrate.Headache is tearing and painfull,always in left portion of brain and remains for two to three days.I am slightly thin personality but my weight is arroud 71 Kg.also have heavy dandruff,dry skin and premature greying (even eyebrows are getting grey).I will be greatfull if suggested some remedy

This medicine was tried earlier and it had aggrivated the condition.Currently I was suggested NAT MUR 200, I have tried it,It has given some relief but not compleate.Now I have tried AMBRA GRISEA 30,It appears that this medicine is giving complete relief,but I have taken just one dose till now.Shall I continue with AMBRA GRISEA,if yes then by what potency and frequency?
