Hi,
I have started my stammering problem after my dad's died That time i was 4 years old . Now Iam 40 and still struggling with it . I stammers a lot by saying starting words S,F,B, Q, T, R,Z, K, P and number 3 , 6, 15 and so on... I stammers a lot ! When seeing and meeting new people , especially on phone even can't say my name properly I got so nervous and excited that my lips and mouth part is not in my control . Even when i talk to my friends and famy members i take time pauses , voices, Pls! HELP!
I tried gotu kola, coriander seeds , palm candy but not effective it's almost a month. Pls :( pls give your best shot! Pls help me ASAP . Thx .
