Help with dose

I brought my son to see a Homeopath and she gave me arnica, she is out of town and I have some question for the remedie, she told me to dissolve in water and give 1 teaspoon every 2 hours for 3 doses. Is my undarstanding, that each dose is 1 teaspoon. So i have to give the remedy just 3 times?
Am I correct?
Also I have heard that Homeopathy remedies has to be given under toungue, She did not mention that.

You understanding is correct Mechy. Give it 3 times as suggested. Stir the water before each dose. You can give it under the tongue.
