Small warts on the neck...pls help!

i have some small warts, on the neck area. This is there for quite long time. In fact i had ignored it. but with help of some doc he recommend me thuja 1m daily...no result comes out...problem remain same

Yes causticum is good proposition but it should be in 30th potency from start.
