i want to increase my weight and size of face. my face is so small plz help me
Thin, tall and week and I have very small sticky and loose face. I have no freshness and no blood on my face I look like a patient of TB and HAPATITIES. Crows feet are increasing around my eyes day by day. My height is good almost 5feet 8 inch my weight 50 kg but I am not as health as my height. I am very shy and angry person also I like to be alone most of the time. I dont like people care for me so normally I am bit silent person and dont talk to other people too much. But I do talk to my self more. I have very lean, thin and fatigue personality. I can say that I m very tired all of the time and get dizzy a lot, hard to stand up and gets dizzy. I become easily irritated and angry and a bit absent minded especially about finding the way to places and where I put things, I am slow in completing tasks
I feel very awkward among all my friends because they have good personality but I dont and my young brother seems my elder brother due to my small face and less weight. I m shy and have no confidence
I do not sleep well I tried my best to sleep well but I failed. I have tossing and turning all night but can not sleeps well. All thoughts and fantasizes are running in my mind but I could not leave them.

plz anyone can help me and give me better and effective remedy

Sleep: melatonin see dr lam on the web and it's cheap. Tiredness see stopthethyroidmadness . com. I only take armour thyroid. You must find a dr. who will test according to the new guidelines for thyroid testing. For depression (if homeopathy doens't work): bach flower remedies- gentian & mustard. Before i found homeopathy I took them everyday for years.
