recovery after femoral hernia repair
HelloI've just had surgery for a femoral hernia.
Female 47 years old
Pulsatilla/lycopodium Constitutional type.
I took Arnica pre and post surgery for 3 days.
Can you recommend a suitable remedy that I may use to speed up the recovery/strenghten the abdominal wall as I am now off work for one month and have been advised that full recovery make take 6 months!

no try Calendula 30c three times ina day for a month will give a good healing and recovery.. This is the wonder ful herbs for recovery..after surgery.. try it now...
