paralytic weakness

i have anxiety and mild depression. i sometimes feel that my arms and legs have gone totally paralysis-like weak, i can move them they are perfectly normal but i feel like they are paralysed if i am lying down or sitting down, they feel disconnected from my body, i dont have any problem in movements ie no motor nerve problems. all this happens to me due to anxiety- there is nothing wrong in my life i am a happy content person but when this happens it caused me depression. my brain sends these signals, and i try to talk myself out of it because i know for a fact i am ok but my brain sends conflicting signals. my homeopath has prescribed me anacardium 15 for this and in another post i wrote that it gave me a bad stomache ache, and bitter mouth taste. i stopped it. now what remedy should i use? i dont trust my homeopath. do the doctors have any advice?
