Hi,Im suffering from Focalsegmentalglomerulosclerosis since last 12 years..My blood urea and creatinine has started increasing since 2006.My Blood pressure is NORMAL.There is no edema.Apetite Normal .Sleep Normal.Urine Volume Normal.Im 29 year old ,5'3''tall weighing 45 kgs.I request you to kindly let me suggest If there is any treatment related to this disease in homeopathy so that further deterioration of kidney doesn't take place and the disease is finally arrested or cured.I shall be grateful to you.

Detail information about my illness::

A) What is the diagnosis made by your local physician?
:: Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis

B) Swelling: In which part of the body do you notice more of puffiness or
bloating (for instance face or around your eyes, or legs, etc)? Which was
the area of the body where swelling was first
observed? How severe is this bloating (for instance you cannot fit in
previous clothing or mention you weight prior to this complaint and recent
weight).
:: There is no edema

C) Do you experience any problem with urination (for instance you require to
visit lavatory less often or any pain while passing urine etc)? Have you
noticed any change in color or smell of urine
following this condition? Have you noticed blood in the urine any time?
:: No I don’t experience any problem with urination.

D) Is there any change in your blood pressure with this condition?
:: No,my BP is normal.In fact I have never had hypertension.

frequency or change in the consistency of stools etc)?

such complaints with this condition?
:: Yes I do feel weak and tired.But frequent infections are not experienced.

breathing?
:: There is a feeling of gaseous accumulation in both upper and lower abdomen.

I) Please tell us since how long have you been diagnosed with Nephrotic
Syndrome. (For instance one year, five years, etc.)
::It was during 24 hours urine test in the year 1996 around 3.8gms protein was found in my urine.Since then I have been taking medicines to lower the level of protein in urine.In 2000 kidney biopsy was done to confirm the exact type of disease and it was dignosed as Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis.

J) Do you get these episodes repeatedly? If so, how frequently? (For
instance, once in 6 months or once in a year, etc)
:: There is nothing like frequent episodes as the nature of this particular disease is different.

complaint? You can use following checklist as guideline. If there is any
other specific reason kindly mention it.

¢ Do you feel your trouble started after some major stress?

instance throat infection or skin infection, malaria, hepatitis, etc)?
¢ Do you feel your trouble started after taking any particular
medicine? (For instance antibiotics, painkillers, steroids, hormones,
contraceptive pills, anti-hypertensive medications etc)?
:: Im not sure but I think it could be due to recurrent urinary infections I used to get in childhood.Or could be due to strong antibiotics given during infancy when I often used to get fever .

K) Also write when do you feel worse or better about your symptoms (for
instance any particular season or part of the day when the problem is
more/less like early morning or night or spring, any
