dr pl help anxious depressed

i am posting again for desperate help.i get very severe anxiety followed by depression- my limbs- arms and legs feel like they have disappeared- it is a paralysis like weakness- but i know my limbs are there. i can move them perfectly. they seem disconnected from my body. it's a terrifying feeling. it is all caused by anxiety. then i get depressed. i have no problems in life and have no reason to be depressed, but this problem with my arms and legs is causing me depression. my homeopath said take anacardium 15 but it gave me severe stomach ache so i stopped it. i get scared easily then my adrenaline levels go up and i get panicked and anxious, i feel like dying or i feel i am dying. what should i do.
