Gradually increasing hearing loss

I am Pradip a medical Dentist Student from INDIA.From last three year I have noticed gradual hearing loss in my both ear. So I approached to local ENT surgeon & I come to know that I am having problem of otosclerosis. The impendence audiometric suggest that there is immobility of ossicular chain & fixation of stapes .So Doctors advised me for stapedactomy ear surgery. At that time my audiometry suggests 55% hearing loss in my left ear while 40% in my right ear. Then he operated me on date 4th may 2006. After 15 days my dressing & gel foam was removed. Then after 3 days I have noticed sudden hearing loss .During recovery period I noticed severe vertigo which is last for 12 days& nystagmus for 4 days .After failure of surgery date 29th may 2006. it developed permanent deafness in my left ear. Presently I am using ITC hearing aid for my right ear. After surgery there is profound tinnitus in my left ear. Now I am suffering from following problem.

1) Increasing hearing loss in my right ear

2) Profund tinnitus in left ear that is disturbing me from study and concentration.

3) As I am come in contact with number of people the hearing aid problematic me for esthetic reason.

4) Also there is TMJ pain during chewing.

5) I am not able to understand direction of sound.

6) As I am working in noisy environment I am afraid about my right ear.
