Abdominal fats
Due to the nature of my job, i have to sit for long hours and have to use only brain and it involves no physical exercise. Although i take very normal diet and i m very careful about what to take and not.I am over wight approximately 8 KG - I am 30 years old 5-8 height and almost 88 KG weight.
Please suggest some good remedy. Through online remedy i have already bought Calcarea Carbonica. suggest if it can be used.
