Ganglion cyst on ankle

I have a Ganglion cyst on my left ankle and I have been reading of several treatments that I could use. I purchased Ledum Palustre 30, Silicea 30, and Ruta Gravelens 30. I am not certain how many I should take of each and for how long. I am also concerned about possible side effects. Thanks
