housemaids palm and feet skin problem

i dont know exact medical words to describe this.
But trying my best to explain in plain words.
My housemaids palm and feet skin is getting sore and white exactly like skin is getting cooked due to constant exposure to water and detergents. In the palms upon opening and in between the web between two fingers also white . In some places the skin is getting peeled.Palm is hard skin and mild cracks in one or two places. She has no pain. She has tried applying ayurvedic creams/malams but she doesnt find any benefit from them. She has not applied oil i think so.
Also she cannot avoid doing this work as it is her bread and butter.
So want to know any medicine in homeo to ensure quick healing of this skin and any cream to be applied daily so that the healing also takes places and things dont get worse say now pain is not there in future to prevent it reach that deep by promoting daily healing of skin.
pls suggest suitable remedies.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Give her a few doses of sepia once a day.Apply Calendula cream on affected parts externally.

I have treated two housemaids suffering disease like this. Calendula Cream (Schewbe W.Germany) is excellent for external use before and after dish wishing or clothwashing etc. Calendula-30 and Graph-30 one dose daily orally.

Did you try with Graphites 30 alone?

Try it next time. :-)

That alone may be enough along with calendula cream external application.

Yes let me clear here that calendula-30 I use it when there are cuts/wounds otherwise I use Graph.

Thanks mr. murthy
