rash all over body of 14 month old son
Dear Doctors,Please advise me a good cure for my 14 month old son who is having small pustules with no fluid in them all over body which are very very itchy and red. Initially the rash were on the legs, hands and cheeks and now they have spread all over the body. Initially he had only diaper rash in the genital area only which was itchy and red too, so I gave him Rhus Tox 1M, one pill. But Rhus Tox 1M didn't do anything as he got better from antibacterial and cortizone cream given by the doctors. Now the problem is that he doesn't have diaper rash but rash all over his body. Could it be due to Rhus Tox 1M dose; what should I give him to netralize this if this is due to Rhus dose. He feels itchy and scratches all day and night.
Please doctors help for this condition. I would really be thankful to you.

Thank you Dr Mahfooz for your reply. Can I give Echinacea 30C instead of Q as I don't have mother tincture which could take some time if I order it. Also please suggest some topical cream if it can help reduce the redness and itchiness.
Many Thanks
