Dizziness, Muscle Twitches, Head Pressure

I am in need of some help. My medical doctors do not seem to have any more answers or suggestions. I am seeing a Naturopath who also has studied Homeopathic medicine. But I am new to this and she is rather expensive to see on regular basis.

1. Female, 29, 3 children
2. Time frame 1999-Present
3. Diagnosed Bi-polar (but I don't agree and have not take Zoloft since Sept. 2000)
4. Current Symptoms
a. constantly dizzy like my brain is being moved left to right, never leaves, food sometimes causes it to increase, sleep seems to help, but has never left.
b. muscle twitches in upper thighs maybe 10 times per minute, muscle twitches on bottom of foot as well as in toes especially the 4th one. Muscle twitches travel through out the body but are not as constant as in the legs.
c.Pressure in head - does not leave for any reason. Feels like a rod is in my head on the top of my head down. Also it feels like a helmet is around my head. Pressure moves down from my head into my face down my cheeks and especially in my upper teeth.
d. memory foggy, I have trouble remembering words I should know.
e. there is a spot on my lower back like something is sitting on it, the spot also moves around.
f. pain at the end of my fingers and toes that come and go.
g. not as sexually active because my head gets dizzy from pressure put on the spot on my back.
h. can't stand loud music or anyone touching me.
i. symtoms seem to be worse when I go to our church.
j. heaviness in my limbs especially my legs, but that seems like it is getting better.
k. chronic yeast infection in my milk ducts (breastfeeding)
l. crackling noise in my throat (like the candy 'pop rocks') happens especially when sitting down.
m.headaches that burn when they come as if my brain had inflamation. Brain also feels like its pressing right up against my skull.
n. Can't stand because my legs feel heavy and my balance is off. Rarely to I stand for longer than 1 minute. I feel like I am one of those toy punching bags that bounces right back up as if weighted in a certain area.
o.lactose intolerant
p.sharp pricks in my fingers and toes
q.really irritable when I think about the possibility of this never leaving or finding no answers.
r. sleep is fine I sleep a good 7 hours, but if I'm woken up for any reason I have trouble getting back to sleep.
s. tingling sensation that runs up my back and into my head after I have a bowel movement.
t. Pressure in my nose
u. pressure in my head worse after I scrub my scalp with shampoo.
v. ear drainage and wax build up every 6 months.
w.itchy scalp comes and goes I also wake up with itchy spots that move from place to place.

I hope this is enough information for someone to help me. Or at least someone to ask me particular questions I can answer. I really want to feel better so I can take care of my 2 and 3 month old girls.

These are the recent test done with all good results.
EEG, CAT scan of head, Heart ultrasound, x-ray of neck to lower back, blood work.

I see a chiropractor once a week. I have seen an ear specialist, a neurologist and cardiologist. I have started a yeast busting diet eliminated sugar and caffeine.
