The ABC Homeopathy Forum

10 years in a dark room, I want out.

Migraines (all hurts), stiff neck and trapezius (mostly right side), gas, bloating, PMS, sciatica, fibroids with heavy bleeding rosacea, toenail fungus. Sound familiar anyone. Sensitivity to light and smells, cold feet at night. I spend hours in a dark room. Anxieties about decisions. No memory.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
And, what started these symptoms ?

Can you correlate any event to the start of these problems ?

Tell me about fears, and anxieties in detail.

Any odd mental symptoms must be mentioned.

Also mention about food cravings or aversions if any.

Sameer.

Had migraines all my life, always had PMS. No event started this. Fear of rats, the dark. Anxious about decisions. Recurrent bad thought about certain people. Love cherries and oysters. Allergies to most protein foods, dairy, soy, gluten, eggs, tomatoes, and brewers yeast and baking yeast. I like most all food except exotic things. I now have hives from stopping Effexor the anti-depressant, which I took for migraines.

I need more details .

What do you mean when you say 'I spend hours in a dark room'

And, I assume these were uterine fibroids ?

Also give details about sciatica and PMS.

Disease names are not enough, you have to give modalities and symptoms felt in each of those.

I am always in pain. Either my temples hurt, or my eye. Sometimes it is my molars. My neck and shoulders area hurts. The light is bothering my eyes. Very tires. I take 12 Zomigs per month to stop the pain, they make me tired as weak. I never know when a migraine will start up so I can't work. My thinking is fuzzy, i forget things all the time. I am not unhappy or depressed. Just sick somehow.

Describe your general temperament to me.

What makes you happy ?

What do you do in your free time ?

Anger, irritability on something/someone ?

I love to be home in the house decorating and cleaning. I garden in the year. I love my profession I am a graph designer. I oil paint and exhibit paintings. I have lots of friends and am very social and talkative. When I feel well I take 5 mile walks or ride my bike. I love yoga when I can do it. I am never anger or irritable. I can be frustrated with people who are needlessly mean or angry. I love motherhood even thought my kids are in their 20's. My husband is angry and irritable as a personality type this does cause me anxiety , but he is loving and supportive mostly. I love beautiful thing and to shop and decorate and design. Most of my life is on hold because of all this pain. I did go through 3 family deaths in the last 5 years but I have moved through most of the grief by now.

How sympathetic are you towards other's suffering ? Do you feel for them ?

You said ''I spend hours in a dark room' and you said you are afraid of dark , can you please clarify

sameervermani last decade
I am very sympathetic to others, my mother says i should have been a nurse. I am in the dark because I light bothers my eyes. I close the shudders and sleep them off. I am afraid of the dark when i need to go into the cellar at night, or walk home alone at night.

Hmm.. and are you very outgoing and extroverted in nature ?

Are you very excitable as well ?

Do you have a strong desire for company and affection ?

sameervermani last decade
I am not excitable. My emotions are even keel, I tend to conceptualize my feelings. I do have a strong desire for company and affection, but I can spend a lot of time alone, and can be independent. I do not like to walk alone however, I find that I ruminate then, painting my past in the negative. But I do not really believe I have a negative past, my mind wants to see it that way. I see my health as changing who I am and who I believe I am. I see myself a healthy with a bright future, but my health makes me sad with no future. I never even get colds. You are so kind to help me unravel this riddle. My sciatica is through my left butt. It prevents me from rotating my hip out lotus style. At times it jerks and feels squirrelly. I have leg cramps at night too. Yes fibroids I bleed and clot heavily for 4 day. Can hardly leave the house on one of the days. No amount of pads will hold back brake through bleeding. Small cramping. PMS you name it I got it.

Okay, then , please take 3 doses of Phosphorus 30c equally spaced on a single day. This is to be taken for 1 day only.

No eating/drinking/brushing teeth for 1 hr on either side of these doses.

Let me know in 5 days after the 3 doses.

Can you tell me why you chose Phosphorus over Calcarea Carbonica. Is there a subtleness in reported symptoms between the two.

girlorange last decade
Thank you. I will follow your instructions. You are very kind.

girlorange last decade
To be honest I was torn between the two, but then your left sided sciatica and your being an extrovert, and very sympathetic made me go for Phosphporus.

Your being 'creative' and following a 'design' career is more of a Phosphorus trait.

And, you are welcome !

sameervermani last decade
I am an intuitive person and I was also drawn to the Calcarea Carbonica from having looked carefully at your online tests. Well. we'll know soon enough.
Good night. E

Intuitive ..hmm.. this also more of a Phosphorus trait :)

Good night.
