remedies for dental carries?

My 6 yr old has little holes in her lower right molars. They sometimes hurt when she eats. She has no swelling or heat related w/ this and is in great health. The teeth don't hurt all the time - only if she eats sweet things like fruits. During the pain, which is alleviated by brushing, she is very agitated, almost panicky. She likes open air and is prone to right sided symptoms.
I heard someplace that there's a remedy that can help prevent and even reverse these little holes in teeth. My memory fails - but it had 'flour' in it I believe. I very much appreciate your help.

Caries (tooth decay)
Caused by bacteria in mouth acting on sugar in food and producing acid which erodes hard enamel of teeth, allowing bacteria to enter softer dentine beneath and eventually the inner pulp; if pulp does not respond by producing secondary dentine to protect itself, bacteria will invade it, causing inflammation and the familiar pain of Toothache. Pulp may die, leaving tooth to all intents and purposes dead, or infection may spread to root of tooth, giving rise to a Tooth abscess. If decay is not too advanced, dentist will clean out pulp cavity, drain abscess if necessary, and fill cavity and root canal to seal off tooth; if this is not possible, tooth may have to be extracted.
Specific remedies to be taken twice a day for 3 weeks out of 4 for up to 3 months if tendency to decay is not solely caused by eating too many sweet things
Teeth decayed, loose, and black, or many teeth filled, crowned, or loose, excessive salivation, bleeding gums Mercurius 6c
Decay in many teeth, especially in a child who is thin and has a large head Silicea 6c
Decay in many teeth, especially in a child who is overweight and prone to head sweats Calcarea 6c
Teeth black Kreosotum 6c
Teeth black, sensitive to slightest touch, and ache after food or drink Sulphur 6c
Self-help Calc. Phos. and Calc. Fluor. are recommended; take 3 tablets of each 3 times a day. Reduce intake of sweets, biscuits, cakes, soft drinks, etc. Make sure that your diet contains molybdenum, and check to see if your diet or environment contains excessive levels of selenium or mercury.

ok. the sensitvity points to natrum carbonica (fruits sweets); but child may have high sodium diet; brushing amelioration also suggest natrum ;
the type of holes you speak of are not clear to me.if actual decaying then not natrum carbonica.
whta other characteristics does child have; warts?growths ?spots on/under nails?
how was child dentition period?esay? hard? long? please explain.
What illness is typical for child?
What may seem not related may still guide .

Give 1 dose SEPIA 200c. start here need follow up; but must note and report new symptoms--telll if child has had before or never had before with each symptom you list. maybe calc.

Yes, I think it's actual decay because there are tiny holes in molars - very small.
Her teething went fine - no problems at all. She's lost 6 baby teeth and new teeth are coming in fine - no discomfort. Gums are bright red, tongue is clear.
TYpical illness pattern: (She's never had any illness that didn't manifest these same symptoms)
Water eyes, ALWAYS start on right side, moves to left - runny nose, WILL NOT BLOW NOSE, acts as if sh's dying if coaxed to blow nose. Nose drains down throat and she has a cough (never in the lungs) and then it's gone. Her disposition when ill is panicky, and fearful.
She has had a few warts - one was below bottom lip a year ago, which I removed. Others - very tiny on hands went away by themselves.
