Right sided facial pain

I have right sided facial pain for about 25yrs. it would come 1 or 2 or 3 times in a year lasting for 3-4 weeks and then it will go away. Since past two years it is been more frequently and lasting for longer period. The pain comes every two hours lasts for 15-20minutes and goes away. Thought it was due to sinus but had surgery 3months ago. it has not helped. please help or advice. nothing has helped except anacin and tyelenol. Which gives relief for 5-8hours. and pain comes back.No allergies. Have tried to rule out many things but nothing has helped. Thanks.

whenever you go through the next episode of facial pain, please take three doses of CAUSTICUM 30C within a period of one hour.

during recurrance, do the same with CAUSTICUM 200C.

this would set a reaction and the episodes would gradually be milder and less frequent.

How much is the dose for causticum 30c?
How many times in a day to be taken and for how long to be taken?
I take synthroid and blood pressure medicines. Do you think that would affect causticum.
