eye and Facial swelling due to surgery

I am having a tumor removed from right eyelid, with plastic surgery to follow to fix the area.

I have heard there are liquid drops for under the tongue that will elminate most of the swelling.

Also, I believe there is one that helps with bruising and pain.

I cannot recall the name(s) Please help. My surgery is Aug 14th.
